Self-paced courses and programs, with no deadlines for their completion, are available on LCAO's eLearning platform www.studyanimalosteopathyonline.com powered by Moodle software. Complete the simple payment process on the relevant course page. This provides us with all the information we need to process enrolment (i.e. name, address, contact details). There are no lengthy or complicated registration forms to fill in. Within 2-4 hours you will receive a welcome letter with your login credentials and may access your studies at www.studyanimalosteopathyonline.com.
Once your payment is processed, you will receive a Welcome Letter (via email) from a course instructor with your login credentials to www.studyanimalostepathyonline.com and may begin your studies. If you do not see this email, please check your junk or spam folders.
The online learning material includes a variety of interactive activities: lecture recordings, downloadable presentations of the lessons, tutorial videos, as well as communication with a course instructor and student forum. Once students successfully complete all course quizzes, they can take their final course exam.

Course instructors are available for students' questions and support. Questions about assignments or any part of the course should be directed to your course instructor by email, or through the LCAO learning platform, Moodle. Due to the number of students we have, it would be impossible for individual tutors to answer course enquiries by phone. Therefore, we politely ask that all enquiries and questions are emailed.
There are no hidden fees. Your tuition fee covers all course materials, instructor support and final exams. Upon completion of the course, you can print out Course Completion Certificate. If you request your diploma or certificate to be posted to you by mail, there is a charge for the postage and a service fee (USD $25.00).

A broad-band internet connection is recommended to access the rich media in LCAO programs and courses. To engage with the content and watch the course videos, the bandwidth should be at least 750 Kbps download speed. Videos can be viewed in ‘HD’, or ‘high quality’ with a minimum recommended bandwidth of 2 Mbps download speed.
We recommend that students use Chrome or Firefox. Your browser performance will affect your experience on the platform. To avoid browser issues and to ensure the best learning experience we suggest that you update your browser to the latest version.
Smart phones are supported by Moodle learning software but may not deliver the best user experience due to the large number of instructional videos best viewed on a larger screen. We recommend using tablets, laptops or desktop for optimal engagement with the learning material.
